Nightbrain is a personal sleep-insight application operated by Zane Bergen.
What data the app handles
- Morning restfulness ratings you enter in the app.
- Sleep and recovery metrics retrieved from your Oura account via the Oura API (sleep duration and timing, sleep efficiency, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, temperature deviation), with your explicit OAuth authorization.
Where it lives
All data is stored locally on your device. The app has no backend server; no data is transmitted to the operator or to any third party. Export files are created only when you explicitly generate or share them, and go only where you send them.
Revoking access
You can disconnect Oura inside the app at any time, and revoke the app's access from your Oura account settings. Deleting the app deletes its local data.
